Return Policy

• Must obtain a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization)
• Email us at info@diamondtooloutlet.com to arrange return or exchange
• Freight on returned merchandise must be paid by customer and merchandise must be in original/unused condition
• 15% restocking fee
• All returns must be made within 30 days from the original invoice date
• Refunds are issued via method of original payment

• Free Ground Shipping for order over $49.99
• All orders shipped via UPS or FedEX, delivery terms determined by the carrier. Stated days of delivery refer to business days only, excluding weekend & holidays

 

Warranty Information

• Diamond Tool Outlet warrants products sold against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 DAYS from the original invoice date. WEAR AND DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ABUSE, MISUSE AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCT FOR UNINTENDED APPLICATION IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Diamond Tool Outlet’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product.
